Efforts to fund our trips are ongoing, and sometimes we can be found in different areas of the country. One team member lives in Oklahoma and recently held a bake sale where she lives. She displayed items showing what the team is all about, craft items for sale, butters for sale, and so many good desserts as well! She had an excellent event, considering this was a 2 person team and they did all the baking themselves. Thanks so much for your support Amanda, and for helping us to achieve our goals.
During the event, they sold almost every food item here. Even better, they were able to spread the message regarding our team, our efforts, and our goals for the future. They even talked to some people who are interested in going on a future trip! The rest of the team regrets not being here to help, but we think that you ladies did an amazing job with this bake sale.
