BAM Food Tent
Shelbina, Missouri

After the water stop, we traveled to Shelbina Lake, to set up our food tent. Our thoughts were that the riders would like some good home cooking, and foods that they could carry around when they enjoyed the entertainment and the beautiful area. So we created walking tacos, nachos and cheese, brownies, cookies, banana bread, bananas, popcorn, and of course water, soda, and more gatorade! The best plans don't always work out, but we had fun visiting with people, spending time together as a team, and passing our some more brochures.

We could never have pulled this off without the help of so many other people. And to them, we will be forever grateful of the support you have given us, and of our mission. On the following page, you will see more photos from the campgrounds of the night, and from the preparations for the event. But on this page, please enjoy some photos from our tent, our food, and our friends. And if you see any of the people listed below, please be sure to thank them for they help and support.

Ice: We so want to thank Love's Truck Stop in Bevier, McDonalds Restaurant in Macon, and Sonic in Macon for the donation of hundreds of pounds of ice. We needed a lot of ice to cool not only our drinks, but the food that we would be serving. These organizations donated multiple coolers of ice, which enabled us to keep our products cold and safe. Without this donation, we would have spent hundreds of extra dollars. So the next time you drop in to one of these locations, be sure to tell them Thanks! They help us to be able to help others.

Tiffany works on organizing the tent.

Doris prepares the popcorn popper. Oh, the wonderful smell!
Thanks Doris for your continued support of Tiffany and our team.

Our menu! Nachos, walking tacos, and more

Roasters with meat, crocks with cheese.
Bananas, banana bread, snickerdoodles,
peanut butter cookies. Oh so good!

Sugar cookies, brownies, and more brownies.
There were also oatmeal cookies
Tiffany, loading the crock pots. Tiff spent many hours
preparing for this event. Thanks for your hard work!

A child shall lead them. And we are so proud of our own little warrior,
whose mother has taught him well. Here's Hayden, just one of
the next generation of our team.

If nothing else, we always have fun together.
Dianna tries to duck away, while Ina and Hayden say Hi!

Someone has to take the pictures, and someone has to have their picture taken.
Here, I think Tiffany is telling Dianna and Ina where to hide the body,
if Sharon doesn't stop taking her picture. Hmmm, wonder where she will
dig the grave, cause the photo bug continued during the evening!
