Pancake Breakfast

It was an early morning in October when team members, along with family, gathered to host our pancake breakfast fundraiser. While they mixed the eggs and whipped up the pancakes, we hoped for a good turn-out of customers, willing to donate to our cause. While the coffee brewed and the biscuits cooled, we laughed and joked about being up before the sun, thinking maybe we should be using the toothpicks to help keep our eyes open. With the juice mixed and the table set, we opened our doors and waited to see if people would come to eat with us. And arrive they did! We served pancakes and eggs, coffee and juice, and enjoyed the company of friends and family, while helping to raise the funds we need to accomplish our medical mission trip. We want to thank everyone who came out to eat, our family that arrived to help, and those that helped to make this event a success. We look forward to seeing everyone again at our next breakfast event.
