Seneca Craft Fair

Sometimes things are easy, and you can just follow where someone else has been. Sometimes, there is no path for you to follow, so you create your own. This was kinda how it was feeling in April, when we hosted our very first craft fair. Talk about scary! We had always just rented booth space from other events and set up. This one was all ours to do. Success or failure, it was all ours to deal with. But with a determined leader, we pushed forward and got to work.

We are very pleased to announce that our first show was a huge success. From the vendors, to the shoppers, from the businesses and people who donated auction items, to those that showed up to eat. Everything came together to create an awesome first spring fling event.

And we obviously did not do this alone. Seneca Assembly Of God Church donated their gym space so that we could set up for the vendors. And we used their kitchen to cook and serve the food. All the donations of food and soda, water and paper products. Caleb for cooking the pancakes, and Amanda for helping to serve the food. Marie for manning the craft table. Tiffany and Sharon for all the hard work serving and cleaning up. And to Lilias, event leader for an amazing job at putting this together. To each and everyone who had any part in making this event a huge success, thank you. And let's not forget Dianna, who was on puppy watch for the weekend (cause we can't forget about our fur babies.)

We are proud to say that we were able to do a donation to Seneca Assembly Of God Church. Because it is all about helping others and giving back to those that help us. Thank you so much for your dedication to our cause.

Please enjoy photos from the day. And we look forward to doing this again soon!
